The #1 Way to Get a Free Car

The number one way to get a Free Car
I personally used this method for years and it was hugely effective.
(Bear with me for a minute and you’ll see how this works out as a Free Car)
- Join or organize a vanpool for commuting to work.
- A third party provider can offer a complete package that includes the vehicle,
maintenance, insurance and tolls. - Vanpooling averages a 40 minute per day time-savings/reduces commute costs by 70-80%.
Example:
- According to AAA, it costs 52.2 cents per mile to drive a car; which includes gas, oil, maintenance, tires, and depreciation.
- A 40 mile round trip commute will cost $20.88/day or $459.36/month or $5512.32 annually. Not including tolls or parking. Not including your car payment.
- Saving 70%-80% equals $321 to $367 per month (plus saves toll, parking, a car payment)
Now, The best part!
- The driver gets the van after work and on weekends for personal use! The vanpool is allotted a couple of hundred extra free miles per month for personal use. (By the way, your spouse may be eligible to drive). If you personally need more miles, that can be factored in and you pay for the extra miles if they bump the total vanpool mileage up a price category.
- So you can save an average of 40 minutes per day, save an average of $321 to $367 per month on commute costs and save yourself a second car payment by using the van as your second vehicle.
- Ask yourself, what you could do with an extra 40 minutes per day, $321 a month in costs plus $300-$550 that currently goes to a car payment. That’s a minimum of $621 which will make a huge dent in debt (and stress level) or go toward a house down payment. What could $621 do for your quality of life? Vacation, anyone?
- And if you are thinking that vanpooling won’t work for you, you will be surprised how flexible vanpool can be. If you work at home one or two days a week, you don’t have to commit to five days a week. You can stay late because there is a low cost, guaranteed ride home program. If you lose riders you can downsize in van capacity and reduce costs rather than the remaining riders having to pick up the additional cost.
